minutes a day
Got more time or feel like more of a challenge? Then why not move for 50 minutes a day to mark 50 years of the Rape Crisis movement!
That's 350 minutes a week and 1,550 minutes across the month.
set your own daily target
Whether you decide on 5 minutes or 2 hours a day, what matters is that you are showing solidarity with survivors.
This year's challenge marks the third Step Out in Solidarity and comes as we prepare to celebrate 50 years of the Rape Crisis movement in England and Wales.
The first two years of Step Out in Solidarity were a huge success, with our wonderful supporters raising a total of £23,000 (including Gift Aid). But after hearing from you that the weather in February can make getting outside more difficult, we've decided to start this year's challenge a little later...
Step Out in Solidarity will now begin on 1st March and end on 31st March - which also happens to be Women’s History Month! And with 2024 being our 50th anniversary year, this new timing feels particularly special.
Once you've bagged your first donation, we'll send you a free Rape Crisis England & Wales T-shirt in the post!
Not only will you be able to wear your solidarity on your sleeve (ahem), but you'll also get to be one of the first people to show off our brand new T-shirt design.
